FAQ
Questions About Credits and Payments
How do credits work?
One credit removes the music from one minute of video, and a clip shorter than a minute uses one credit. The page shows the length and the credits a video needs before you start, and credits are only used once the separation finishes.
Do new accounts get free credits?
Yes. A new account gets 5 free credits, enough for 5 minutes of video, to try the tool before paying. Free credits are limited each day, go to one account per person and network, and expire after 30 days.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a credit pack last 12 months from purchase. Plan credits are added each month and expire at the end of the month they were added for. When you have credits from several sources, the ones that expire first are used first.
What happens if a video fails?
If a job fails or is stopped by our content checks, its credits come back to your balance automatically. You can see every charge and refund under Credits in your account.
Should I buy a credit pack or a plan?
A credit pack is a one-time payment and suits a single project. A plan suits people who clean up videos every week: it adds credits each month, and the yearly plan costs half as much per month as the monthly one.
How do I cancel a plan?
Open Billing in your account and choose Manage. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; after you cancel, you keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If something went wrong with a charge, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled, email us within 14 days and we will refund it. Because credits are ready to use as soon as you pay, we can't refund a change of mind, except where the law gives you that right.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by Waffo, our online reseller and merchant of record, over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card number, and the charge on your statement shows Waffo's name or ours.
